Piece, Love & Smalti^TM is fully owned and operated by artist Barbara Dybala in Rockwall, Texas. With a B.F.A from North Texas State University, Barbara broke into mosaic scene around 1998, and it engulfed her life. Seeking to lower prices and expand products currently offered to mosaic artists, she launched pieceloveandsmalti.com in 2010.
